Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several partial shipments or the goods are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you or the named third party takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

There you enter your order number and the e-mail address of your order and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to you without delay on a durable medium (by e-mail).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract effectively, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal.
Return of goods
You must send the goods back to us (address above) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
