Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop of Christhunt Productions.

Conclusion of contract

By sending your order you make an offer. We confirm receipt by e-mail. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation with the payment details. If ordered items are no longer available, we reject the order. Amounts already paid are refunded.

Prices

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.

Pack contents and replacement size

Depending on availability, packs contain mixed items in the chosen size; the exact contents are not guaranteed. If the chosen size is not available, we deliver the stated replacement size or contact you. If neither your requested size nor your replacement size is available, we refund the purchase price. If necessary, we will contact you beforehand.

Payment

The payment methods offered at checkout apply. For bank transfers, the amount must be paid within 3 business days.

Shipping

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. After receipt of payment we usually hand your parcel over to the carrier within 3 to 5 working days.

Contract text and corrections

We store your order data. We send you the contract text (order data, terms and cancellation policy) with the order confirmation by e-mail. It is not available in the shop afterwards. Until you send your order, you can correct your entries at any time, for example via "Edit cart" or your browser's back function.

Contract language

The contract language is German or English, depending on the language of the page on which you order.

Warranty

The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.

Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, insofar as mandatory consumer protection rules allow.
